Sharon is one of Norfolk County’s classic commuter towns — about 18,000 residents centered on Lake Massapoag, with I-95 running through the eastern side of town, Route 27 threading the town center, and a busy MBTA station on the Providence/Stoughton Line carrying workers to Boston every morning. Add the Route 1 commercial edge on the west side, where the Sharon Gallery development opened a Costco in 2025, and you have the ingredients for the cases we handle: highway and commuter-road crashes, premises injuries at stores and rental properties, and on-the-job injuries for residents working in town and beyond.
Shea Culgin Law is genuinely close by: our office at 1350 Belmont Street, Suite 109, Brockton, MA 02301 sits about 25 minutes from Sharon center — Route 27 connects the two towns directly through Stoughton. Robert Shea and Joseph Culgin have spent more than 20 years handling injury and workers’ compensation cases throughout this corner of Norfolk and Plymouth Counties.

Sharon FAQ
Sharon has no hospital. Where do ambulances take crash victims?
Sharon Fire Department crews most often transport to Good Samaritan Medical Center in Brockton — the Norwood Hospital closure in 2020 thinned out the closer options, a strain Sharon’s own fire officials have described publicly. Sturdy Memorial in Attleboro is another regional option. Wherever you are treated, the bills belong in your claim.
Why Stoughton District Court and not Wrentham, like other nearby towns?
Court districts follow their own map. Mass.gov lists Stoughton District Court as the district court serving Sharon, while Walpole and Foxborough next door fall under Wrentham. Bigger injury cases go to Norfolk Superior Court in Dedham either way — and we practice in all three.
What does it cost to hire you?
Nothing up front. Consultations are free, and injury and comp cases run on contingency — the fee comes from the recovery, only if there is one.
