Hurt at work? Call before you sign anything.

Insurers ask injured workers to sign forms and give recorded statements early, while you're still figuring out how badly you're hurt. That paperwork is hard to undo.

I've practiced Massachusetts workers' compensation since 2008. Call before you sign — the conversation costs you nothing.

What happens when you call

  1. You describe the injury and where things stand with your employer and the insurer.
  2. I tell you which benefits you may be entitled to and what the filing deadlines are.
  3. If the insurer has already denied you, I explain how the appeal actually works and what it takes.
