Law Office of Robert C. Shea, P.C.

Robert “Bobby” Shea grew up in Stoughton, Massachusetts. He attended Xaverian Brothers High School in Westwood, Massachusetts and went on to the University of Connecticut where he graduated in 2005. He returned to Massachusetts to attend Suffolk University Law School where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 2009.

His main office is in Brockton, Massachusetts but he frequently travels all over the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to meet with potential and existing clients and their families at their convenience. Attorney Shea prides himself on his flexibility and accessibility. Whether it is a meeting at the office, a meeting at someone’s home, an e-mail, phone call or text Attorney Shea prides himself on ensuring that he is always available for his clients. He understands that facing a legal matter can be a confusing, and often overwhelming time for his clients and works hard to make the process as transparent as possible. Attorney Shea has a very candid and straightforward approach with his clients which they appreciate.

Attorney Shea has been working on negligence and injury cases since he was an undergrad in 2002. He is an active member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys. He is also an active member of many networking groups.

Attorney Shea lives locally in Massachusetts with his wife and daughter. He enjoys family movie nights, playing golf and rooting for the Uconn Huskies.

Attorney Shea has worked in law offices focusing on injury law since he was an undergraduate in College. In 2014 he decided to start his own firm with the goal of providing aggressive representation while delivering a completely transparent experience for all of his clients.
